I'm a terrible blogger. Of course Paul isn't any better. And because I'm lazy here are some picture links to explain what we've been doing in the last weeks.


In January, we went to Disneyland, our friend Cole was hit by a car while riding his scooter to work, we went to Tokyo, I got food poisoning in Tokyo, pooped my pants while trying to get home from Tokyo, got off at the wrong station and was left behind with no money phone or coat, found my money phone and coat a few stops later, and Paul ran a 10K marathon.

In February, we took a 18hr ferry to the northern island of Japan for the Snow Festival. It was amazing. It was also nice to get out of the "crowded" parts of Japan and see some open space. We also went 4 hours south to Yokohama and Kamakura.

We have 30 something days left before we move back home. I have mixed feelings about leaving. I can't say I will miss my job, but I will miss having a job. Having discretionary income for all these trips this year has spoiled me. We will miss our friends here a lot too. But Japan's not going anywhere so we can always come back and visit.
